Sondrel CEO to judge the prestigious electronic engineering industry awards this year
Sondrel CEO Graham Curren will join other industry experts on the judging panel for the Elektra Awards 2019. Each year, award organiser, Electronics Weekly, selects unbiased, highly respected and knowledgeable industry experts to form its panel. Together the judges assess entries in twenty-two categories and select individuals and companies worthy of recognition for their outstanding contributions to the successful advancement of the sector.
As an acknowledged leader in the UK electronics industry who has consistently demonstrated his own commitment to the electronics engineering profession and to the industry, Graham Curren is frequently afforded the honour of supporting talented engineers and engineering teams by judging awards and speaking at industry conferences. Over the seventeen years that the Awards have been run, Graham Curren has built his own company, Sondrel from a start up to a multi-national business with operations in China, India, Morocco, France and three locations in the UK where it continues to design system on chips at the most advanced process nodes using leading edge technology.
The award ceremony will take place on 4th December at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Entry for the awards remains open until 16th August after which the difficult task of judging begins. The shortlist for the prestigious awards will be announced in 25th September.
